What is the Be Well Together Initiative?

The Be Well Together Initiative is a partnership between the Massachusetts League of Community Health Centers and Mass General Brigham that aims to support a culture of wellness for health center staff. Funded through a grant created by the Lorna Breen Health Care Provider Protection Act, Be Well Together collaborates with participating health centers in Massachusetts to identify and implement wellness resources tailored to their staff’s priorities.

Core Components of the Be Well Together Initiative

Physical Health: The Be Well Together initiative encourages physical wellbeing through fitness and nutrition. Regular physical activity can improve your overall physical health, relieve stress, and reduce anxiety. Proper nutrition helps keep energy levels up and protects against illnesses.

Mindfulness: Improving wellbeing through stress management and mindfulness practices is a cornerstone of the Be Well Together initiative. Mindfulness can help reduce stress, improve your mental and physical health, and increase your overall happiness in life.

Finances: The Be Well Together initiative provides financial resources that can help support a level of financial security, freedom, and understanding for a more fulfilling life.
